Your appointment and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes things may come up that require changes to your appointment, we simply ask for as much advanced notice as possible.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a 48-hour notice. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours ahead will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.
Missed appointments without notice are considered a “no-show” and are subject to cancellation fees. Your stylist may also require a deposit of 25% to rebook.
Enforcing our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our waitlisted guests of any availability, as well as keeps our schedules filled, thus better-serving everyone here at Karma Beauty Room.
